By entering into any verbal agreement with King Canine and or their agents you agree to the following.
We reserve the right to cancel any verbal contract for any reason at any time before the official written contract has been signed.
If we do invoke this clause, we will issue a refund in full minus any service fees within 30 days of written notice of cancellation to the ORIGINAL funding source.
Written notice may or may not be Electronic Mail (E-Mail). If notice is done through E-Mail the 30 days time limit starts once the former client has confirmed their mailing address.
Any threats of legal action may result in no refund being issued until ordered by the Spokane Superior Court of Spokane County.
